Growth Track
God made you on purpose
God made you on purpose and for a purpose. The Growth Track is a series of small groups designed to equip you for that purpose. These groups help you engage in the life of the church, where you can discover, develop, and deploy your unique gifts and calling.
Through the Growth Track, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a disciple of Christ, explore the vision and mission of Manna Church, and see what ministry looks like in your context.
It’s about becoming more of who God created you to be and forming life-giving relationships. No matter where you are in your journey, the Growth Track will equip you to walk more fully in your God-given calling and make a meaningful impact in your world.
The Three Steps
The three parts of Growth Track—NextStep, Foundations, and LeaderStep—each build on what you learn before, helping you understand who God made you to be, how you can join His work in the world, and how to lead others toward a deeper faith.
1. NextStep
NextStep is the best place to start! Discover the mission and vision of Manna Church, hear from Pastor Josh, and learn what it means to be part of this community and the difference we can make together.
In NextStep you will discover the goal we have for every individual in the Manna family to change their world and the 9 healthy habits we know will help you get there.
2. Foundations
Foundations is our most important small group. Jesus calls us to make disciples. A disciple is someone who is devoted to Jesus, committed to community, and living with a world-changing mentality. Foundations is designed to help you become that kind of disciple and equip you to help others do the same.
Foundations will help you learn more about the Mission, Vision, and Values of Manna Church; how you can get connected; and get you started on discovering God's unique purpose for your life.
3. LeaderStep
LeaderStep equips you to become even more effective in the callings and purposes of God for your life. It is designed to empower you in a greater way to make a difference in your world. (Prerequisite: NextStep)

Join the SERVE Team
The SERVE team is the heart of the Manna Church community. This is the single greatest way to grow in community, develop your faith, and use you unique gifts for the glory of God!
Engage in Community Events
Between now and September, we’ll host interest nights, dinner parties, service projects, and team gatherings. These are great opportunities to meet people, build friendships, and catch the vision.
